    Customer Engagement Specialist

    The purpose of the role is capture customer interest and keep them engaged during the buying process. Build relationship via variety of contact points once a potential customer enters the buying process. Must be familiar with all models and styles of motorcycles. Must understand the dealer business and the customer purchase process.

    Public Relations Specialist

    This role will be responsible for media, public relations and ambassador initiatives for the organization. Creates, manages, and implements PR campaigns with the goal of enriching the company’s position within the industry and building and maintaining strong relationships with media representatives to generate awareness for the Triumph brand, products and business as a whole.
